¹² According to the number that you will make, so you will do for every one according to their number.

¹³ Every native Israelite will do these things in this manner, in offering a fire offering as a pleasing aroma to the Lord. ¹⁴ A foreigner who lives with you, or who resides among you throughout your generations, and would present a fire offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord, shall do as you do.
